No feedback when saving profile settings

When changing your username or full name in the Kratos settings page and saving, there is no feedback that saving was successful. It should show the message "Successfully saved new settings." like when you change your password.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
