Force dashboard logout on hydra/session logout

Currently the dashboard keeps logged in, while hydra can be logged out. We need to change the login-time of the dashboard, so it refreshes often enough, and also force a logout if a hydra logout is executed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
