Upgrade to hydra v2

Now that we finally seem to be in a position to upgrade hydra to v2, we need to make some changes in the dashboard to go with that. Basically upgrading the ory-hydra-client library, and adapting our call sites to follow the changes in the library.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
