Switch to upstream docker image

The upstream local-path-provisioner has gained the ability to work with local volumes in addition to hostpath ones, basically obsoleting our fork :). Unfortunately they do not provide the chart in a helm repo anywhere, so for now we'll still use our chart. We should modify the image tag to use the upstream one though.
