Readiness probe terminates onlyofficepod after version update

After upgrading the nextcloud image version from 5.3 to 5.4 (29e7a1d4), the readyness probe seems to kick in and terminate the pod before it's ready. Either reverting the version change or setting the number of allowed failures from 3 to 10 fixes this, but we'll probably want to have a more subtle fix.
