Temporarily switch to stock ONLYOFFICE image

We decided to temporarily switch to the ONLYOFFICE container built by ONLYOFFICE, so we can use the newest version (5.5.1 in this case).

To do that, we also need to change a few environment variables that Drebs added in his container but weren't available way back when we first made this chart.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
