Onboard all projects

maarten and me agreed today that we should configure renovate to onboard all projects in our group, so that new projects will get an onboardeding MR automatically. For projects that we don't want to onboard we can simply close the MR

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
