Change login and consent provider according to docs

Login and consent provider need to be changed according to the hydra docs. Session management needs to be removed and the login request needs to be verified in a different way. The session causes some odd behaviour in the logout process.

I think it will make the login and consent provider applications even smaller/simpler.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
