SSO cronjob stops to run "with too many missed start time (> 100)"

Cluster was down for a while and after this, the cronjob refused to start again:

Warning  FailedNeedsStart  62s (x8936 over 24h)  cronjob-controller  Cannot determine if job needs to be started: too many missed start time (> 100). Set or decrease .spec.startingDeadlineSeconds or check clock skew
