CPU requests too high

With the addition of velero, the total cpu requests are too high, with the direct effect of scheduling failures on main.ci.stackspin.net.

Currently velero and restic both request 500m which is on the high side, considering that they really should be active only a small part of the time.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
