Importing Zulip, Wekan and Wordpress

Now that my instance is running, I want to look into pushing the existing services we run into it. Zulip definitely has instructions here: https://zulip.readthedocs.io/en/latest/production/export-and-import.html#import-into-a-new-zulip-server

But if I clear the full Zulip configuration and import my own, what happens to Stackspin SSO? Can I even access the Zulip management shell and stuff in the containers? And what happens to existing accounts? Will they work if the SSO login email matches?

Similarly I am wondering for Wekan and Wordpress, as we are running these, already, too, and would like to have the automated backups and SSO integrated (though Wekan is the least important, we might also set it up afresh).
