occ cmd: Allowed memory size of 2097152 bytes exhausted

While working on nextcloud!139 (merged) I ran into this when entering the NC container and running this cmd manually:

root@nc-nextcloud-568ddf6bb6-wng98:/var/www/html# sudo -u www-data php ./occ

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 2097152 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 438272 bytes) in /var/www/html/3rdparty/composer/autoload_real.php on line 37

Also:

sudo is not installed by default
