Discuss loki / log aggregation in Stackspin

We often had the fight over properly maintaining loki/promtail/grafana integration as log aggregation. In detail, if we consider it as an official part of Stackspin and how much time we spend on keeping it running. It's documented here. Lets discuss and come to an agreement. For the record, outside of our former core team @xeruf wants to use it and @mart asked if Stackspin has central log aggregation.
