Pin and renovate Nextcloud apps

The Nextcloud helm chart allows pinning the apps, if you install them from a GitHub repository, see the Polls app in the values-local example for an example.

We should do this for all apps, but also renovate them (see the Nextcloud repo's renovate config for an example, although I'm not 100% sure if that currently works, there haven't been any renovate MRs yet).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
