Use nextcloud version with restricted app store

We don't want people to go ahead and install all kinds of apps to their Nextcloud, so we restrict (or maybe even remove?) the app store.

We should also document how people can request getting a specific app in our Nextcloud deployment/app store

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
