improve documentation

The installation instructions should be improved by:

  • Adding WordPress to the list of installed applications
  • SSO
    • Explaining what you have to do to be able to use SSO with Rocket.Chat
    • Explain the limitations of admin logins to wordpress + grafana
    • Explain how to create and use a non-admin sso user
    • Stress the importance of the email addr field (single-sign-on#36 (closed))
