Share oas.greenhost.net and beta test cluster configs

We talked about different options:

  • Nextcloud on cloud.oas.greenhost.net
  • git repo (ssh) on oas.greenhost.net
  • private git repo on open.greenhost.net, with secrets encrypted using git-crypt or git-remote-gcrypt (Varac used git-crypt in the past and could facilitate setup)
