Resolve "Kratos SMTP password value needs to be URL encoded"

I edited the install script to make sure that an URL-encoded version of the password also gets uploaded to the stackspin-cluster-variables secret. I then made sure that Kratos uses the URL encoded secrets while all the other apps can go on using the normal version.

As an added benefit, the install script now warns you if you forget to add the stackspin-cluster-variables
