Add understandable URL for subscribing to the newsletter

Our newsletter subscribe URL is https://newsletter.openappstack.net/lists/?p=subscribe which is a bit hard to memorize. I want to mention the possibility to subscribe in a video (and I'm not sure I can provide a link below the video), so I want the subscribe page to be reachable through https://openappstack.net/subscribe as well
