Wordpress default setup megalist

This is a WIP list of defaults we want to deploy with our Wordpress. Current status is list brainstorm

Completion tests at first open (for beta tester)

• Default site opens with the "Stackspin" theme
• User profiles and roles synced with Stackspin dashboard this will be solved by the dashboard-backend#23 (closed)
• Site Health is "Good"
• Stackspin plugin is installed and visible/accessible
• Stackspin plugin page clearly explains what the plugin does
• Upgrading Wordpress is not possible, with explanation (box w text, for example)
• De-activating or removing core plugins is not possible, with explanation
• It is possible to add new plugins
• Content persist after reset
• Settings changes persist after reset
• User-added plugins persist after reset

Not done (yet):

• Plugin page has box with text explaining the risks of installing non-core plugins (#124)
• Disabling user management within WordPres (#125)
  • Adding new users is not possible, with explanation
  • Assigning admin role is not possible, with explanation (done in Stackspin dashboard)
  • Changing user roles is possible, except for admin
• Default role for non-admin user is "Author" (double check: not sure what default role we have now) (!155 (merged))
• Comments are disabled (#98)
