Facilitate inclusion in website

This is a broad issue to capture everything that needs to happen to make it possible to allow loading the form in a page on the greenhost website, see https://code.greenhost.net/greenhost/website/-/issues/504 for context.

This may be split later into logically independent subissues, but at this point I'm still experimenting to see how to get this working at all.
