Set submission value for problems independently

When posting a contact form submission, we include the problem group and problem as part of the request. Currently, those are the keys of the corresponding items in the configuration file src/config.yml. We'd like to create a separate field in the config to specify the value to be posted, so we can use that value in cosmos2 (receiver of the posted request) to create the proper Zammad tag.
