Improve feedback when enrolling TOTP

After enrolling a new TOTP device and saving, you're redirected to the profile tab. It would be better to have a success message and stay on the same tab.

We do this for 2.5 if it's relatively easy, otherwise maybe drop it in favour of rewriting this component in React.
