RBAC issue with new info endpoint

The new /api/v1/info endpoint fails on stackspin.net, because the dashboard pod doesn't have the kubernetes RBAC permission to fetch the stackspin gitrepo. I'm not sure why we did not hit this problem when using this feature on all our personal/test clusters, because those have the same RBAC set up.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
