User provisioning doesn't run for newly installed apps

I've tried the following on demo.stackspin.net:

  1. Install fresh instance of Stackspin.
  2. Install apps Zulip and Nextcloud.
  3. Create a new user through the dashboard.

What happens is:

  • After 2. you see in the dashboard logs that it picks up the new SCIM config snippets for the apps and enters them into the Stackspin database (app table).
  • After 3. there is a provisioning run.
  • The new user is not provisioned though in either app.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
