Take URL parameters for recovery page

When creating an account for a user, I usually asynchronously share the info with them, so I cannot directly share the link which expires within an hour. For that it would be handy to be able to point them to a prefilled recovery page where the only thing they do is submit the form:

https://dashboard.DOMAIN/web/recovery?email=user@example.com

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
