Run dashboard tests in CI

We already have #9 for end to end tests using taiko, but we should have finer grained unit test that we run before the expensive taiko test (which at the moment also doesn't test more than logging in).

Lets wait for our decision whether to go with taiko or cypress, but we should still discuss how to proceed

@varac We can use Taiko for e2e tests, I think that we already talked about it. I dont think that we will benefit that much from unit tests - but we can write them.

Keep in mind that we are currently at 20h - 30h a month, so I dont think that we can fit all that into that schedule. We need to talk about that with @tin and @maarten.

Luka mentioned in the meeting that with their current time allotment, writing tests like this would basically take a month of their time. Currently these tests don't have a higher priority than the bugs that Init is fixing, so even though we want this, we can't spend time on this right now.
