Merge dashboard and dashboard-backend repos

To do

1. Merge the back-end code into this repository (!55 (merged))
2. Tag the merged versions and make sure a tagged container image is built for the front-end and back-end
3. Use the new tagged images in the helm chart, update the back-end container repository to the correct one.
4. Move all relevant issues from the back-end repo to this repo

This will also solve the issue how to properly populate the appVersion field in the helm chart.

@luka please write the conclusion from the meeting with @maarten , thanks!

There are no problems with that since Davor and I are working on both backend and frontend. The only thing that could get in the way is if at some point in the future we have more developers working on the project (only frontend or only backend).

The conclusion was that we can currently merge the repos together.

Who will be doing that @maarten ?

I or anyone of the core Stackspin team can do it. To determine when it's done we'll give it a milestone in the next triage meeting.
