Resolve "Add web and kratos paths in nginx configuration"

This MR adds all the changes in the helm chart that are necessary to run the code from dashboard-backend!66 (merged).

This MR is also part of the code changes that are done in stackspin!946 (merged), where the SSO helm chart is removed and Hydra and Kratos are installed by Flux.
