NC cronjob should wait for NC readiness

NC cron jobs are started even when the NC pod is still not ready:

We've done this in the wordpress-helm chart the fancy way.

But we also identified that it is possible that Kubernetes CronJobs are a bit overkill because they have to spin up a new container every time. More details can be found here: https://open.greenhost.net/openappstack/wordpress-helm/-/issues/85

We no longer have kubernetes CronJobs for nextcloud. Instead, a sidecar container of nextcloud takes care of this.
