wait for 5 seconds to see if first run wizard exists, then close it

Maarten de Waard requested to merge wait-for-first-run-wizard into master

In this job, the first run wizard was not closed, because it did not appear before the I close the nextcloud welcome wizard if it exists step was run. This change makes sure to wait 5 seconds before concluding that the #firstrunwizard will not appear.
