Embed login panel in helmchart

The current helmchart does not deploy the login panel image. This should be included in the helmchart and deployed. Also the right ingresses for Kratos / Hydra need to be specified

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
