Just a general remark: Please split your commits when adding seperate, unrelated changes. I.e. one commit for remembering the session and one for updating the login form in this case. This makes it much easier to review, and also in the git history.

merge it anyway. Or rerun it again and again until we are sure the fail was caused by the change. It is currently failing because of the gitlab runner network issue which is still unresolved by gitlab

I will test it locally. The last run makes me suspicious.
