Limit prometheus data retention size

We need to limit the prometheus.prometheusSpec.retentionSize and prometheus.prometheusSpec.retention (see the prometheus-operator helm chart) or play around with other limits.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
