Switch to k3s

I decided to give k3s a try because it is way easier to integrate with our setup than k3os and supposedly has way lower usage. Some immediate advantages:

• Rancher local path provisioner is included, we won't have to install it or maintain it
• Kubelet is not containerized, so no subpath problems
• It seems to work with only a few changes to the ansible playbook already
