temporarily disable zerossl override

Reverts a commit that removed LE from the cert tests. Other than that I just disabled the override that makes the ZeroSSL clusterissuer the default clusterissuer. That way we can still see if it works in case the people from zerossl say they fixed it. It makes it also relatively easy to revert this MR when we switch to a different SSL provider.
