publish helm chart to package registry

Merged Maarten de Waard requested to merge publish-helm-chart into master

I decided not to update the README with the installation URL, because

  1. There is no helm install example in the current readme
  2. I don't want to complicate the fork, so I don't want to make changes in the README that we can't push upstream.

Instead I added the helm repo URL to the description of the project:
