Apps are not updated

Apps are only installed if they are not present on the machine yet. They're never updated by the helm chart.

Workaround, exec into Nextcloud pod, and:

su www-data -s /bin/bash
php occ config:system:set appstoreenabled --type boolean --value true
php occ app:update <app_name>
php occ config:system:set appstoreenabled --type boolean --value false

Is this related to the fact that apps I which I "enabled" in my override and later set to false again are not disabled?

Not really, I think. Would you mind creating a new issue for that? I meant to close this 2 weeks ago, but apparently didn't.
